Last year my good friend Steve Gadd lost his courageous fight with cancer.
Throughout his illness, the Hospice in the Weald provided unbelievable levels of support to Steve and his family, and have continued to support his wife Tracey and children Ben and Abbie ever since.
On November 15th, in Steve's memory, I'm taking part in "Hellrunner" at an army base in Hampshire - http://www.hellrunner.co.uk/ - where I will be running for 11 miles through thigh-deep mud, the odd lake, over sand dunes and through a selection of other unpleasantly constructed nasties to raise money for the Hospice.
Please, please sponsor me if you can. The Hospice in the Weald relies completely on donations to continue existing. The money you give really will make a massive difference to families like Steve's.
