This year I'm running the Great North Run 2017 and the Great North 5K for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my beautiful dad Ian Jose.

My dad suddenly passed away on the afternoon of Thursday 12th January 2017 at the age of just 54 years old following a heart attack at work.
