I completed the Glasgow Half Marathon on the 2nd September in 1 hr 58 mins I did it because my Stepson Cameron was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in February 2012 & has been undergoing chemotherapy at the Beatson in Glasgow. He has been in the Teenage Cancer Trust rooms within the ward and has benefited greatly having dedicated staff for young people. Feeling so helpless when your child is ill is terrible but I wanted to make a difference so I decided to run the Glasgow Half Marathon & raise as much as I could for TCT.

I have asked TCT that the money I raise be used in the West of Scotland for support staff & the Yorkhill & Beatson units.
