<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>My employer Smiths News&nbsp;is being very generous and letting me take time out to raise money for a coast to coast cicle ride from Aberystwyth to Norwich, between the 27th of June and the 1st of July.&nbsp;I'll be joined by a small group of keen cyclists to pedal for 5 days over to the Bertrams offices in Norwich (and maybe beyond) to raise money for charity.</p> <p>The charity I've chose is AYME - a charity for young people for M.E. or chronic fatigue syndrome - see the photo for more information.
