I have been taking part in charity bike rides on behalf of Norwood for over 10 years and it has been my pleasure to complete most of those rides on tandem with some wonderful cycling partners who benefit from the services that Norwood provides. I loved the rides so much, that in 2004 I became Norwood's Head of Challenges!!

This year is no exception. I will be back on my tandem with Ian Spellman, taking on a real cycling challenge in Brazil. We'll be tackling the hilly region of Minas Gerais on our 5 day challenge before finishing up in Rio.
