I have been taking part in Norwood's charity bike rides for 13 years now and it has been my pleasure to complete most of those rides on tandem with some wonderful cycling partners who benefit from the wide range of services that Norwood provides. I loved the rides so much, that in 2004 I became Norwood's Head of Challenges!!

This year is no exception. In October I will be back on my tandem with Ian Spellman, taking on a real cycling challenge in South Africa. We'll be covering a mammoth 350km on our 5 day challenge with many major mountain ascents in our way. We have set ourselves a fundraising target of £3,000 and would really appreciate if you would be kind enough to sponsor our efforts.
