Story

Thanks for visiting the fundraising page of the ICSA bike ride team for 2008 (the nattily-named 'Pump my Ride').

This year, we're cycling from London to Brighton (well, technically it's Esher to Hove, but let's not split hairs) on the Capital to Coast ride. All 60 miles of it...

The ride takes place on 13 July, and is carried out in support of four charities: The Downs Syndrome Association, Sparks, Norwood and Southern FM's Help A Local Child. The route is 60 miles long (ouch) and travels through Dorking, Haywards Heath, Devil's Dyke and ends in Hove. More info here: www.capitaltocoast.org.uk

Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Capital to Coast will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28 per cent in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.

Kev and the team UPDATE: Well we've done it... unfortunately Simon, Russell and Sally all had to drop out due to health problems, but Kev and Pete soldiered on to complete the 60-mile ride in exactly five hours. More pictures will be forthcoming soon, but in the meantime feast your eyes on the image of us at the end - and don't forget, if you haven't sponsored us yet, there's still time!
