A few minutes of your time... to save lives or make them better!

 

Like every year, I am taking part in the MKA Mercy 4 Mankind Charity Challenge in support of 11 charities, including Save the Children, NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Support and Humanity First. I will be running 10km in the beatiful surroundings of Willen Lake in Milton Keynes. Once again, energy levels are at an all-time high and I need your support to raise as much as possible!

£5 can feed 10 children in Somaliland with a nutritious meal

£10 can treat 50 babies with life-threatening diarrhoea

£25 can pay for an eye operation for a blind person

£40 can house, feed and educate a street child in Colombia for a year

£100 can provide support for more of the 2 million people living with cancer in the UK today
