Hello!
I have in my wisdom decided to run the Bristol Half Marathon this year!
Not being a natural size for a runner, short and plump, I'm sure this is going to be a bit of a slog, but it's all for a super good cause!
Four Paws Animal Rescue are a small independent charity who try to help any animal in need - those that are unwanted or in danger. They do amazing work for loads of unwanted dogs, cats and other small furry beasties across the UK, but are based in South Wales.
They have just rescued a lovely little staffy girl, who unfortunatly has a badly broken leg and might even have to have it removed :( They urgently need funds to pay for an operation that might well save her leg and give her the life she deserves, go and read about her story here:

It's all run by volunteers who give up their time to care for unwanted or neglected animals. They don't have the resources for flash advertising campaigns, so need all the help they can get from fundraising...which is why I'm doing this run.
