From the 10th- 15th September, Ludo Wynn, Cassie Savage and I are taking part in the West Highland Way walk, encompassing a 95 mile trek accross the Scottish Highlands, culminating in a hike to the peak of Ben Nevis and the subsequent descent, totalling 105 miles. What were we thinking?! The trek is fraught with danger- trecherous weather conditions, rugged terrain and most terrifying- blisters and chaffing! The Child Victims of Crime Charity is close to the hearts of all Police Officers, assisting the lives of kids of the U.K who are exposed to all aspects of criminality, an extremely worthy cause.
