I've always hated running and I'm sure running hates me!

However never one to give up on a challenge I have thrown myself into training. I have entered 5 competitive 10km races, suffered numerous injuries and bored the socks off my friends and family about my achievements! 

So now I don't hate running anymore and I am beginning to enjoy it and have seen a real improvement over the past 8 months! ( I'm not ready to say I love it though!)

I have chosen Tommy's Charity as I have been affected through friends and family by premature births. 

Every baby deserves a chance and this charity is doing amazing work to fund research into the causes and prevention or pregnancy complications that lead to miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. 

If you can, then please donate. Not only to raise money for this fantastic charity but to keep my legs moving on the day! I won't let you down!

This race will be run in special memory of the brightest star in the sky, Esme Ann Campbell, who sadly left us on 30.08.16.
