My story
As you know, I've been through enough rubbish to know what it's like to be a tad mental and I know many other people who have suffered from a whole heap of mental illnesses too. My conclusion is that they're a real bugger, and so this year I've decided to run for Mind - the Mental Health charity which helps and supports thousands of people all over the UK.
On the day of the run last year I was stuck in an Eating Disorder unit, unable to run anywhere, nevermind 10k - so this year I want to make up for that and I need your help. Any donation at all would be huuugley appreciated, no matter how small.
