The charity is currently trying to raise about £55,000 to build a new home on some land it has bought not far from Bangalore. The money raised so far has been used to drill a well for water on the land (needed to go to 700 feet!), to fence off the land and to build a house for the person who will be in charge of the children's home.

The home when built will be for about 80 children, and will be partly self sufficient by growing fruit and crops on the land, and by having some animals on the land. The projects, although funded from the UK, are all run by local Indians.
