My personal message:

I ran my very first marathon on April 13th 2008. Despite getting some dodgy knee pain from mile 11 onwards, I managed to get around the route in 5 hours and 51 minutes. I am continuing in the next phase of my challenge - to raise at least £1000 for Task Brasil.
