My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I chose this charity because children are our future. I visited Ty Hafan Hospice in Cardiff a few times- it left such an impact on me that I really wanted to help the children and families. I was very emotional whilst I was there because I knew the children are not expected to reach adulthood. Their families being so brave in coming to terms with it amazed me.
I want to raise as much money as possible so the families have the highest standards of care and support close to or in the home. With your help we can do this....
