Well obviously we didn't learn our lesson last year because here we go again!

The usual gang plus one new guy (Mark Thomas, Mike Fealey, Paul Schanzer and me) are going bigger and better. We are going to cycle around Wales and visit every main hospital site on our travels. It's a round journey of almost 500 miles so if anyone has bucket loads of haemorrhoid cream and Sudocream please be waiting for us at the end.
