Three Peak Challenge · 23 September 2017 to 24 September 2017 ·

We are raising funds for Instant Network Emergency Response (INER). When disaster strikes, Vodafone Foundation volunteers deploy to restore free vital connectivity for families, responders and communities. INER also builds resilience through local hubs to reach more people quickly and effectively.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am aiming to take part in the Three Peaks Challenge on September 23rd 2017.

The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours.

The three mountains are:
 Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)
 Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
 Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)

Anyone who knows me will know that this is going to be a massive challenge for me and will involve a lot of training!

I will be raising money for the Vodafone Foundation. Through all the foundations fundraising events this year, we want to help support some of the 65.3 million people displaced from their homes due to conflict or natural disaster.

The money raised will go to the foundations longstanding partner UNHCR and Europe’s largest grassroots distributor of aid, Help Refugees. Both charities play a critical role supporting both the immediate and long term needs of those who are displaced.

In partnership with UNHCR money raised will allow us to continue to enable young refugees to access a quality digital education through the foundations Instant Network Schools in both Africa and Greece. Working with Help Refugees we want to provide food, shelter and access to information for refugees across Europe.

Everything raised will be matched by the Vodafone Foundation!
