Just a quick update for everyone. the ride starts from the lesure centre now (which is only a lil way away) and now doing the ride with 2 other people who i work with Andre and RoY - many thanks to you stars this will be worth it!
p.s. we will even be in the local rag soon prior to the ride so if you visit as a result HUGE WELCOMES TO YOU

i am riding on sunday the 9th of july starting at the recreation ground in parkside drive, houghton regis (Near the Dog And Duck) then riding a ten mile ride into luton's wardown park and back)

This ride (to me) is on memory of my mum paulene who died in 1995 of cancer while i was at church, therefore making it more important to me than anything

if anyone on here remembers the BALLS OF STEEL ride i did last year will know this will be a small feat compared to 50-80 miles beforehand from surrey to dunstable but is still just as inportant as every peny counts for the kids at keech cottage

also once the ride is done i WILL be having a large drink in town to celebrate so come on support me and lets have it LARGE for KEECH COTTAGE
