Story
On 1st July my darling Reg suffered a brain bleed and was attended by the Kent Air Ambulance. They were amazing - so swift, skilled, professional and kind. The air ambulance took him to Romford Neurological Centre (the main Centre for
the S.E. Region) but the damage caused to his brain by the stroke and bleed was too great to survive and he passed away that evening. The Kent Air Ambulance service relies totally on donations and fund-raising, having no Government support nor lottery-aided funding. How can that possibly be? They did everything possible to give Reg the best chance of survival and I know that if Reg had lived he would have championed this service - and in his memory it seems appropriate to my daughters and me that any donations should go to this Trust to enable someone else in a medical crisis to be given the chance of life. Thank you so much.
