<p><strong><span style="color: #800000;">The lovely peeps at Bristol Breakfast Rotary Club are once again hosting a 36 boat Dragon Boat race at Baltic Wharf. </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800000;"> <p><strong><span style="color: #800000;"><span style="color: #800000;">Dragon Boat racing is steeped in mythology and has been around for&nbsp;thousands of years in China.&nbsp;</span>Crews of 16 paddlers (plus a drummer) race in Chinese-style Dragon Boats over a 250 metre course.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></p> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800000;">Last year&nbsp;was such a&nbsp;brilliant day out,&nbsp;</span></strong><strong><span style="color: #800000;">we've booked a boat of our own. </span></strong><strong><span style="color: #800000;">It will be manned / womanned by young people we support and staff&nbsp; - a great joint effort to blow all the other dragons out of the water! </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800000;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800000;">Please give generously, we're raising money to pay for much needed improvements to&nbsp;the properties where young people live.</span></strong><strong><span style="color: #800000;"><strong><span style="color: #800000;"></span></strong></span></strong></p>
