I have been training Jane for six months now to get her fit so she can get through the trek in one piece and, hopefully, enjoy some of it - if not all of it!

The training has been long, hard and arduous and has included weekends treking in the Brecon Beacons and the Lake District.  Many blisters, aches and pains have been suffered so that none will be felt during the trip and the money we raise will be safe!
