I will be taking part in the 5Km Doitforcharity run on Sunday 10th May and I would like to raise as much money as possible for the wonderful charity Refugee Action. Refugee Action helps people who have escaped unimaginable persecution and terror and have come to them to seek safety. They provide practical advice and support to help re-build lives free from fear. They also run various projects throughout the UK, working to give refugees the knowledge, skills and support that they will need to become more independent in their new lives.
