About my charity : NSF (Scotland) NSF (Scotland)
NSF (Scotland) is a leading mental health charity working with people affected by mental illness. Our support extends to those whose lives have been directly affected by serious mental illness or indirectly as carers, family members and supporters. We work to improve the well being and quality of life of those affected by schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses through the provision of free practical advice and support, education and campaigning.

My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I never thought that I could run and only started this year after encouragement from a friend.
10K in under 70 minutes is my goal but I’ll be happy to finish!!

Schizophrenia is a devastating illness and affects around 1 in 100 people.
Raising awareness and money for this worthwhile charity motivates me to plod faster so I will be grateful for any donations.
