<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">I have extended this page again as I have many fundraising ideas for 2011. 2010 hasn't been so good as I have had three big swims cancelled due to various reasons. I hope the break from donating in 2010 will allow you to donate more in 2011!!!<br /><br />Jacob is still in our thoughts and especially at this time of the year. <p>Jacob Marsland, a local boy of 6 years of age, was suffering from this rare aggressive form of cancer and desperately needed treatment in the US. Sadly Jacob did not get to benefit from any of the funds we and many others raised as he was cruely taken by this monster of a disease in January 2009. Since then his family have appealed for friends and family to raise money for The Neuroblastoma Society so that research can be done to hopefully enable the UK to offer treatment in the future. We hate the thought of anyone going through the pain and suffering Jacob and his family had to go through and this is why all our future challenges will be for this Charity. We hope to keep this page running and update it with new challenges and team members throughout the year.</p>
