I am walking the West Highland Way (from Glasgow to Fort William) to raise funds for the Inverness Branch of Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland, who have provided many of my patients with great support, and this is my way of giving something back.

On the 16th of May 2009, I will leave Milngavie to undertake the 96mile walk, and hopefully not too many blisters later, I will be greeted with the glorious sight of Glen Nevis.
