Background: Laurence Roberts will be retiring as Ipex President and to thank him for his commitment to Ipex over the last 4 years, Ipex will be holding a 5K fun run to raise money for his nominated Charity – The Children’s Trust.  So take this opportunity to not only stretch your legs and get some fresh air but to raise some serious cash for a worthy cause.

The Children's Trust: The proceeds of the fun run will go towards The Trust's current project to improve and develop residential accommodation for children who have received a severe brain injury as the result of a tragic accident or illness such as meningitis.  For more information please go to: www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk

Entry.

- Simply click on the 'sponsor me now' button to register and donate at least £10 per runner to register on the run.

- Follow the instructions and fill in your credit card and contact details.

- It is essential that you tick the box that allows the page creator and charity to receive your contact details otherwise you will not be properly registered. You also must include an email address. N.B Your details will be kept only by IIR Exhibitons for Health and Safety reasons. Your details will not be kept by the charity or passed to a third party.

- Please also tick the box saying that this is not your own money - this is to ensure that justgiving.com do not claim giftaid as this is not valid on your entry fee. 

- Once you have completed this process your entry fee goes straight to The Children's Trust and your contact details to the event organisers.

- Once you have entered please send a confirmation email to: wwong@iirx.co.uk with your company name and the full names of any participants you are entering.

Deadline: Friday 7^th April.  Any runner registrations made after this date can be made in person at the Ipex sales office in Hall 5 management offices.  Only cash donations will be accepted after 7^th April

Age Limit: Runners must be over the age of 16 to take part in the fun run.

Runner Number: Please visit the Ipex sales office in Hall 5 management offices on Saturday 8^th April or Sunday 9^th April to collect your runner’s number.  Runners will not be allowed to participate without a runners number.
