Hi there

This year we've decided to stepup our challenge and take on an Iron Man Triathlon Relay.

So Ian Davidson will be swimming 2.4 miles, John Wykes will be cycling 112 miles and Andrew Dixon running a full marathon of 26.2 miles.

We are really hoping to beat last years total of £3200 so please dig deep for an awesome charity and donate now.
