On 31st July 2011 I'll be competing in IronmanUK, a 2.4mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run, to raise money for this worthwhile cause.

Just £8 would pay for a disposable camera for a young carer to take pictures of a day out. £12 could pay for them to go ice-skating. £120 would allow a young carer to go on the 3-day "Young Carers Festival", whilst £500 would run a minibus for 6 months to help transport young carers to and from support groups and meetings.

I've committed more than 20 hours a week for nine months to this challenge and I'm trying to raise £10'000 for the charity. With your generosity I'm sure we can do it.
