Over the last few years I've particpated in many marathons, triathlons and other amateur sporting events. Training and competing has given me so much: fun, friends, physical and mental health. Now I'd like to give something back!
On June 27, 2010 I'm competing in the IronMan France triathlon in Nice. It involves 3.8km sea swim, 180km mountainous bike race, and a marathon run - all on the same day.
