Craig & Tom Race Ironman France for ALD Life!!

On June 28th 2009 at 7am on the pebble beach of Nice we will start our day for a grueling days triathlon...

First stage is a 2.4 mile swim in the Mediterranean off Nice, then onto the bike for a 112 mile ride through the hills that surround the city and then the final section....a full marathon!

10-12 hours and 13,000 calories burnt later we hope to finish Ironman France (Craig 10 hours/ Tom 12!). This will represent thousands of hours of training for us and I hope you can spare a few quid for ALD Life in support.
