On 28 June 2009 Sue and I will be taking part in the Ironman France event.  This consists of a 3.8 km sea swim, followed by a 180 km bike ride, and finished off by a marathon!  We will be spending the next few months following a rigorous training programme in order to prepare ourselves both mentally and physically for this.  We have decided to raise money for Help for Heroes as this is a charity that means a lot to us.  We would appreciate any sponsorship that you can offer us.
