Welcome to the 2009 Yes to Life London - Istanbul Bike Epic group fundraising page. This year's adventures will see our intrepid cycling teams variously taking in the sights and smells of Paris, Zurich, Munich and Venice as part of our 5 year quest to reach the holy grail of Istanbul.

This year's adventures are as follows:

10 - 15 September 2009: London to Paris

16 - 22 September 2009: Paris to Zurich

23 - 28 September 2009: Munich to Venice

It goes without saying that they will be putting in a huge personal commitment to raise much-needed funds for our work in helping people with cancer access complementary and alternative therapies. Training will be tough and the rides themselves a great test of strength, and it is your support that will get them through to the finish line. I'm sure we all take our cycling helmets off to these guys and are going to be with them every rotating pedal of the way.
