On the 5th of June myself along with 17 others will be cycling from Nice in France to Naples in Italy over 8 days, averaging around a 100 miles a day. That’s over 800 miles and as you can imagine this is by no means an easy feat not only because of the distance we will be covering but also due to the heat and terrain.

All 17 riders will be raising money towards the overall target of £10,000 for The King's Foundation so every little helps. The Kings Foundation uses sport to develop children and young people in some of the neediest communities in the country while also running development programmes across Africa. This is a very good cause and as you can imagine provides much needed opportunities to children that may otherwise not have none.
