I know this is short notice, but I am taking part in a 400ft bungee jump for the Gofal Cymru charity this Saturday 10th October.

Just to put this into perspective 400ft is the largest bungee jump EVER done in the UK. It will be done over a quarry, and I will plummet towards the water below. (I cant swim well)

I'll make sure to buy the dvd of the jump so I can prove to you all that I did it, and you can laugh at my unique take on fear.
