Over the course of this year, I'm going to run 1,000 miles. If you think that sounds like a lot, then you'd be right. It's going to be painful, tiring and a hell of a challenge. But I'm doing this in aid of the MS society. I'm lucky enough to be able to walk and run every single day. And that's something that a lot of us take for granted. I know that I do. By making the most of such a simple and basic ability, I'm hoping to raise money and awareness for a cause that a lot of people aren't even aware of.
