<p>Hello!</p> <p>On 17th June 2012 I am competing in a half Ironman (Ironman 70.3), which consists of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run. The course is set in hilly Somerset and due to its terrain has been labelled as the most difficult Half Ironman in the world.</p> <p>It will be a gruelling challenge which I know will be a serious test of will power. I am also aware I am not built like a natural edurance athelete so I have already started a rigorous training regime!</p> <p>I am running on behalf of the Rotary Charity, which aims to dedicate fundraising towards charities that are relevant to the address the issues that we face in todays society.
