I'm running the ASICS London 10k run in July as part of a 23-strong Sony Music team.  All my sponsorship goes to Sony Music's chosen charity Cancer Research UK.

My aim is to run the 10k in less than 45 minutes.  For every second over 45 minutes, I will be donating 50p to Cancer Research UK but it would be great if you would help me hit my target by pledging whatever you can afford through this page.
