Jackie Roy and Julia Greenway attempted the Great North Run in Newcastle on October 5th 2008 for the first time! 

'We've never done anything like this before, but did train for several months and want to raise as much money as we can for the National Autistic Society, a charity close to our hearts.  We are so pleased we managed to complete the race in 3 hours and 9 minutes'.
