Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page in memory of my Son Jack.

Jack was almost 15 when he died suddenly in September 2011 of SAD's. He has left a huge hole in our hearts, one that can never be mended.

Jack was a beautiful boy, destined to be a wonderful man and the mainstay of my life - please help me raise money to ensure that other families, that we all know and love, don't have to suffer as Jack's family and friends are all suffering now.

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.
