Hi everyone. A couple of housemates and I have just made a late decision - to run the 2008 Sheffield Half Marathon. Training is underway and we are confident we can run through the pain!

We are running in aid of the Encephalitis Society. Many of you will know that my Dad was effected by encephalitis in 1994 and it left him mentally and physically disabled. You can find out more about the work the Encephalitis Society does at www.encephalitis.info
