Flora London Marathon 2005 · 17 April 2005 ·

Small family charity aiming to deliver 657 transformational Muscle Dream experiences in the UK for children & young people with Muscular Dystrophy (MD) & allied neuromuscular conditions ~ that's one amazing life-changing experience for each muscle in the human body. As we say, that's the #powerof657

Story

5 hours and 2 minutes (nett time: 4 hours 50 minutes), the time in which I finished the NY marathon. Although I was very happy finishing my first marathon I did not meet my target time.

Now a new chance!! The London Marathon 2005 (Date: 17th April 2005), where I set myself a target time of 4 hours 15 minutes.

Please support me in reaching this target by sponsoring me and by doing that, help to raise funds for the Muscle Help Foundation (www.musclehelp.com).

Muscles are the "engine" that our bodies use to turn energy into motion ... they allow us to simply move.

The 656 muscles that we each have, enable our lungs to breathe, our hearts to beat, we're able to smile, walk and RUN! Flex your muscles by donating online and sharing this weblink with your business associates, friends and family. Donating is simple, fast, totally secure and the most efficient way to sponsor me.
