Hi guys,

As most of you know, Help for Heroes is a really important charity to me personally and for all the team at New You Boot Camp.

On October 15th  we will by flying to Morocco to start the 100k trek through the Sahara to raise funds for Help for Heroes. We have already started relentlessly training for this as it will be one of the most physically challenging weeks - argh! We are up against the extreme desert weather and climate with minimal support.

I would be grateful for any donations, no matter how small or large :) I am looking to raise £5,000 for Help for Heroes to help our injured troops. I am sure you will all agree that this is a brilliant charity.
