About our charity : Demelza, Hospice Care for Children Demelza, Hospice Care for Children
Demelza Children's Hospice Services cares for life-limited children and their families across Kent, East Sussex and South London. The services combine Demelza House, an eight-bedded hospice in Kent, Demelza James a hospice-at-home service based in East Sussex and Demelza's Child project in South London.

Our personal message:

Demelza James is a charity very close to my heart. They cared for my little girl Victoria Alice for 7 years.

Sadly Victoria passed away on Mayday last year aged 10. Through the care of the Demelza nurses, Victoria was able to remain at home throughout.

This was a priceless gift for her family.

I have a confirmed place in the London Marathon and will be running, along with my friend Sue, to raise funds for Demelza James.

The money we raise is placed into restricted funds and is used to buy much needed equipment to make the childrens short lives more comfortable.
