In August and September, I am doing 2 triathlons and a 5K race so I thought I would challenge myself to a combined event completion time of 6.5 hours.   The first event is the London Triathlon on Aug 2 followed by the Adidas Women's 5K challenge in Hyde Park on Sep 6 and finally the Brighton Triathlon on Sep 20.
