Story
I have had to increase the target figure because the cost of the specialist wheelchairs is more then I anticipated - I would like to say that I am overwhelmed with the support so far.
Hi my name is Jadey Richardson and I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am 20 years old and this is my story.
I was a student at Chailey Heritage School from the age of 8 and my favourite activity was wheelchair football. One of the things I really enjoyed about the football was seeing what it can do for other young people with disabilities.
Since leaving Chailey Heritage I have been part of the Aiming High Scheme, which provides a wide range of activities for young people in the holidays. I am now over 19 and can no longer access the scheme but have become a volunteer helping to provide activities for other young people.
My dream is to set-up wheelchair football for people on the scheme and those in the community. The reason I would like to do this is to get disabled and abled people taking part in sport together so that they can realise how hard it is for disabled users to sometimes take part in activities that they would normally take part in.
Please help me to make my dream come true.
If you are willing to help me, please donate online. I hope this is something that will inspire you to help me to help others.
Thank you for your support.
