So, as you probably know i've always been a festively plump chap, and I figured it's time for a change. As such I've started running, and being as how I don't do things by half (only pints) I'm doing my first ever sponsored 10k this July.

I've decided to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity as I think they're a great organisation and many of us are affected by mental health problems sometimes in life.
