This is a bit of a last minute fund raiser as I only agreed to do a 60 mile bike ride yesterday!

Anyway, if you can sponsor me to do a long bike ride with bugger all training then I would really appreciate it!!

I'm cycling for Christies Hospital which I'm sure you've heard of. They need all the help we can give.

I may not be able to sit down for a few days after this ride - so think of my pain and it will make the payments all worth while!
