Trinity Hospice provides care for people with advanced illnesses within their homes or at the hospice. We support them in living every moment and achieving the best possible quality of life. Everyone receives the treatment and support they require however long it is needed, free of charge. We offer our services to a population of ¾ million people in central and southwest London and support over 2,000 people a year. This financial year we must raise close to £7.6m, only around a third of which comes from the NHS. We were founded in 1891 and are the oldest hospice in the UK.

My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page in memory of the BRILLIANT and AMAZING Jake* who passed away on 2 August 2008.

The annual Jake Cup founded and led by Carole and Bob Hetherington took place on 19 September 2009. A HUGE thank you to all those that helped organise a fantastic day and a big congratulations to all the football teams that took part. The event was a great success and through everyone's generosity raised lots of funds for Trinity.

Trinity looked after Jake as an outpatient and in his last days as an inpatient and continues to offer me invaluable support. The staff are so kind, attentive and understanding.

Please help me in raising money for Trinity in honour of Jake who is much loved and sorely missed.
