Raising money for The British Red Cross Society

The British Red Cross helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We are part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies. We enable vulnerable people in the UK and abroad to prepare for and withstand emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over, we help them to recover and move on with their lives.The British Red Cross Society, incorporated by Royal Charter 1908, is a charity registered in England and Wales (220949) and Scotland (SC037738). Ladies and Gents - from Saturday the 1st of September I will be attempting to navigate the River Thames from Gloucestershire to London, in a bath tub. Over 140 miles of stormy seas in not the most seaworthy of craft! This is to raise money for the Red Cross UK Flood appeal to help those affected by the July floods.
