I have now completed the climb of Ben Nevis - what an experience! I found it very difficult as the weather conditions were abysmal! I was very disappointed about this as I was really looking forward to some breathtaking views which didn't happen. It was very wet, cold and windy and I was glad to get back to base. However, the rest of the crew were great and no-one complained - well, not really! Next time I will try a less forbidding mountain but I am so pleased that I have raised money for The Laura Centre - they need it badly so thank you to each and everyone of you who helped make this experience less painful!
